About me and my therapy practice
I'm an integrative psychotherapist, having qualified at the University of Manchester and worked across a number of both NHS and private settings.
I work with individuals on a wide range of issues, although I have specialisms in eating disorders, bereavement and end-of-life preparation.
My work on pet bereavement has been awards-nominated, and I continue to press for companion animal relationships - and bereavements related to them - to be taken more seriously by medical professionals.
Couples therapy is also available, whether for relationship maintenance, couples in crisis or couples working towards an amicable separation or divorce.
Finally, I'm a great believer in the power of groupwork, and I run regular small-group therapeutic programmes including Personal Development for Women and Ageing Well.

I'm an integrative psychotherapist, having qualified from the University of Manchester and with a depth of professional experience across both NHS and private settings.
I offer a safe, confidential and nurturing environment to help my clients achieve clarity, closure and personal growth. While I've developed specialisms in eating disorders, eco-anxiety, bereavement and end-of-life counselling, I work with clients on a very wide range of issues.

Couples therapy is also available, whether working with couples on relationship 'maintenance', couples in crisis or those seeking amicable divorce or separation.
Finally, I love to facilitate groupwork, including family therapy, and I run regular small-group sessions including Personal Development for Women and Healthy Ageing; details of all upcoming groups are available on request.
