About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified and experienced supervisor, I provide a safe, supportive, and reflective space for therapists to deepen their practice. Rooted in a person-centred and integrative approach, my supervision is collaborative and tailored to each supervisee’s unique needs.

Guided by the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, I offer a holistic exploration of the therapeutic relationship, client processes, and the wider systemic context. With a specialism in trauma—including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, abuse, and PTSD—I bring a trauma-informed perspective to supervision. My expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals also allows me to support therapists working with diverse client populations.

Together, we will create a space for growth, insight, and professional development.

Practice description

In addition to in-person supervision, I am qualified in online and telephone counselling, offering flexibility for therapists working across different modalities.

With extensive experience supporting children, young people, and adults, I am passionate about helping therapists build confidence and competence in their work with diverse client groups. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, my supervision fosters growth, ethical practice, and self-care, ensuring you feel supported and empowered in your professional journey.

I offer reduced rates for students and therapists with a small caseload, as well as a further discount while I acquire my supervision hours. Please contact me for details.

My background includes leadership roles in the NHS as a Nurse and Midwife, integrating supervision into those positions. I am also a qualified Coach and have worked in a large university setting, supporting both staff and students.

I am committed to creating a reflective, ethical, and empowering supervisory relationship. Let’s discuss how we can work together.

My first session

Before our first session, I like to have an initial conversation to ensure we're a good fit. This gives us a chance to discuss your supervision needs, expectations, modality, and client base. It also helps us both feel confident that my experience aligns with your requirements, setting the foundation for a supportive and effective supervisory relationship.
