About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified clinical supervisor offering supervision services to counsellors in both private practice and organisational settings. My primary approach is person-centred, but I also incorporate techniques from various humanistic therapies. Additionally, I employ creative methods in supervision when they align with your client work.
I have extensive experience in counselling children, teenagers, and adults.
Practice description
As a person-centred counsellor, I offer supervision services with a creative twist, incorporating art and writing into our sessions. Additionally, I draw upon various counselling techniques, including CBT, CFT, and Mindfulness, to support your well-being.
As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), I adhere to their Ethical Framework and Guidelines. My practice is fully insured, and sessions are 60 minutes long.
My first session
The first introductory session is free of charge and can be arranged via phone call or in person.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I live and work in Weston Super Mare. Where I have a lovely safe office at the bottom of my garden, on-street parking and bus routes are nearby. I am qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling with a focus on Person-centred techniques and I also enjoy working creatively. This allows me to work with clients in various ways to help them unlock their concerns. We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential way to bring about the satisfaction you are looking for. I have experience working with Children, Teenagers and Adults utilising many different strategies to support each individual. Helping clients manage their feeling and emotions which will give them peace of mind and confidence to move forward.Practice description

An introductory assessment is done over the phone or face to face and this session is free of charge. During the first session, there will be some basic personal details that I need to establish so this session will be an hour.
