About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced qualified Integrative Counsellor, I work intuitively with my clients, building what I can only describe as a real and empowering connection. With that connection, trust and a safe space we have the right combination to address any needs that arise
Saying something out loud can be a powerful and profound experience. Together we can break down barriers, thinking patterns or sit with the emotions that come to the surface and help find a brighter and more fulfilling life.
I work a wide range of mental health challenges including ADHD, anxiety, OCD, self-harm, suicide ideation and neurodivergence naming just a few, with both adults and children.
I have often found myself not fitting into the normal boxes society expects, but have learnt that it's not always necessary to fit specific expectations. Embracing this difference can be challenging but very rewarding. I encompass the same thought in my counselling world, it doesn't always fit everyone and I am happy to work with you to tailor an experience that suits your needs as an individual, working both online and in person.

About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced and qualified Counsellor. I understand choosing a counsellor can be tricky so i will try not to overload you with lots of jargon and try to keep it simple.
I work in a really naturally with my clients, building what I can only describe as a real and empowering connection. With a connection, trust and a safe space we have the right combination to explore, challenge and support any needs you may have.
Saying something out loud can be a powerful experience, but saying it out loud to someone who is actively listening can change your outlook altogether. We can break down any barriers you may have, challenge thinking patterns or unpick emotions that come to the surface, helping you find a brighter and more fulfilling way forward.
I work with a vast range of mental health challenges including ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, self-harm, suicide ideation and neurodivergence to name just a few, with both adults and children.
I have found in life I haven't fitted into the normal boxes society expects, but have learnt that it's not always necessary to fit others expectations. Embracing differences can be challenging but incredibly rewarding. I encompass the same belief in my counselling world. Not all Counselling styles fit all people therefore together we can find a style that fits you. It can be daunting to start and difficult to know exactly what you want or need, but I am happy to work with you to tailor an experience that suits all your needs, as an individual in a way that feels comfortable for you. I work both online and in person, with each brining their own unique benefits.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me :)
Practice description
Life can be difficult, hard, challenging and to be able to have a confidential safe space outside of your social norms to discuss what it's really like for you can be life changing. To be truly heard and supported, not judged, or criticised can offer a different dimension to how you feel and the choices you make. Allowing yourself the space to grow in areas that may have been overlooked can be liberating.
With this in mind I provide a safe, secure, affirming space where we can work together building an empowering connection to help identify and navigate your emotional wellbeing and resilience. I can help by providing tools to support growth and resilience and give you a greater understanding of how your mind works whilst bringing you a greater sense of internal peace. If you cannot believe in yourself right now, I am willing to believe in you, until you can believe in yourself.
