About me and my therapy practice

  • I am a Highly Specialist, Senior CAMHS Clinician, CBT therapist and CBT/clinical supervisor. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults within both clinical and community mental health settings for over 10 years.
  • I implement a person-centred approach, ensuring that my supervisees feel they are being supported in reaching their desired goals.
  • I am able to offer supervision to meet the requirements for attaining BACP or BABCP accreditation. 

Practice description

  • Following a 15-20 consultation over the phone, we will then agree how many sessions you would like to book - the initial consultation will be free of charge.

My first session

  • The first session will be spent firstly by getting to know each other, I will ask about you as a person, what your supervision needs are, and experience. I will also work with you to set some goals and give you a picture of what to expect from our sessions together.
