About me and my therapy practice

Hello, and welcome to The Trellis Practice.

I realise how important the working relationship is between Supervisor and Supervisee. That's why I offer you a free 30-minute Zoom meeting so you can evaluate whether you think we can work well together.

My lived experience has informed and equipped me well to deliver both Therapeutic Coaching, and as an Advanced Clinical Supervisor, professional developmental support to clinicians, small groups, management, and executive, both in person and online.

I am an integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Coach, and Supervisor working with individuals, groups, and small teams, both in-person, online (via Zoom), and by telephone, across the UK, and Internationally.

I have been a Coach and Mentor to individuals and teams for over 25 years, in the UK and overseas in developing countries (inc. conflict & post-conflict zones).

I am a BA (Hons) Integrative Therapist, using various modalities including Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Systemic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Self-Organised Learning, a unique and powerful process of learning to learn.

I am also a registered member of the ACC, ICF, a Fellow of the ILM and RSA, and a Member of The Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership.

Practice description

We tailor all we do together to meet you at your point of need, as an individual professional or small team whether that be clinical supervision or your wider professional development.

Supervision is an essential aspect of continuing professional development and plays a key part in ensuring good practice, high-quality care, work performance, and ongoing support that is objective. At The Trellis Practice, we uniquely incorporate the proven methodology of Self-Organised Learning, one of the processes of helping you continually learn to learn.

As a therapeutic coach, supervision with me not only helps you address your needs in the here and now, but also helps you identify those potential stumbling blocks from your past and flourish in your future potential, so to benefit self, your clients, and/or your wider team.

As your supervisor, I act as a sounding board for you, bringing the expertise, professional insights, and skills required to assist and enable you to thrive in your professional undertakings, while living well through your own self-care and life balance.
