Hi there,
I'm a qualified supervisor who employs two well-established models in clinical supervision: Hawkins and Shohet's Seven-eyed Framework and Stoltenberg and McNeil's Integrative Developmental Model (IDM).
I offer clinical supervision to fully qualified practitioners working with individual clients. My work is underpinned by an integrative approach with person-centred values at its core.
Practice description
I am passionate about supporting newly qualified practitioners to transition into private practice. I can offer guidance on a wide range of practicalities alongside navigating and attending to common phenomena such as anxiety or imposter syndrome, for example.
I'm a down-to-earth, chilled professional and aspire to create a safe environment where we can discuss and examine all aspects of your work. I have been fortunate to have a supervisor with whom I show up 'warts and all' and strive to create a solid relationship built on trust and mutual respect for you to show up this way also.
As your supervisor, I commit to supporting your professional growth and assisting you in navigating any ethical considerations that may arise. Our work is always focused on the best interest of your clients as well as your professional evolution.

Hi, I'm Kerry, a down-to-earth Kiwi and a qualified integrative therapist. Our time is your time, and I'm dedicated to supporting you in finding your unique way forward.
Therapy offers a private, confidential space where together, we can get to the source of what is going on for you - bringing light to darkness and a clearer view of the road ahead. You are welcome to talk about absolutely anything and express your emotions in your own way; there is no judgment (nor will there ever be) from me. I'll engage interactively, collaboratively, and always with your best interests in mind.
A bit about me: I support individuals through a diverse range of difficulties and have trained in different therapeutic models to tailor sessions to you. These include Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Solution-focused, Attachment and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I receive regular feedback that I’m friendly, easy to talk to, calming, and that I offer a relaxed and confidential environment. I work holistically by attending to the mind-body connection and hold extensive hours supporting people through anxiety, depression, low self-confidence and self-esteem. Alongside being a therapist, I'm a busy mum, travel lover, and avid learner with a decent sense of NZ humour.

If we work together, you will receive a digital 'Welcome Pack' via KT Therapy's WriteUpp account at the time of booking. WriteUpp is a secure and encrypted platform that adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Included in the Welcome Pack is a:
- Therapy Agreement
- Privacy Notice
- Information Request and,
- Appropriate questionnaires relevant to the work.
All forms are completed digitally, and only I have access to the account and your documents.
You will be emailed a PDF copy of your 'Welcome Pack' once the requested information has been received.

The first session is different to all others. To provide you with the best service it's really important to build a clear picture of what brings you to therapy and to identify specific goals. This helps to ensure that you receive the most out of our time together and will be checked in on through incorporating regular reviews.
