Availability
Hello, and welcome to my supervision page.
I can offer flexible availability, and my practice hours are between 9 am and 4.30 pm.
I offer sessions Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Sessions are offered online (video) or in person.
About me and my therapy practice
I provide clinical supervision services to all practitioners, student practitioners, and other professionals creatively and relationally. My approach is integrative and neurodiversity-affirming, which involves combining various theories and models of supervision practice to cater to the individual needs of each supervisee. I aim to create a supportive atmosphere that facilitates learning and promotes professional development.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore all aspects of your counselling practice or, if an organisation, clinical and non-clinical supervision to trainees and qualified counsellors using the Seven-Eyed model (Hawkins and Shohet). I offer two flexible options for supervision, which are 45 minutes per fortnightly or 90 minutes, depending on your requirements. You are welcome to use my services if you are a trainee counsellor preparing for placement or a newly qualified counsellor. I am available on Saturday mornings, and some evening slots are available if you would like.
As an integrative Person-Centered counsellor and supervisor qualified at Level 4, Level 6 supervisor, and Level 7 play therapist.
My fees are £40.00 per hour, £30 per 45 minutes, or £60 per hour and a half of supervision.
Practice description
I am here to offer you a safe and welcoming space where you can share any concerns, thoughts, or feelings that may arise during your practice. I aim to listen to you empathically and sensitively and ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Working in mental health can be challenging, and I want to help you navigate this field confidently. I'm here to support you both as a person and as a professional, and your well-being is just as important as your professional growth and development.
In addition to working with Counsellors, Psychotherapists, and Mental Health Professionals, I'm also open to supervising professionals from other fields. Whether you're a Social Worker, Coach, Care Worker, or Teacher, I'm here to support you through your work's complex and often stressful nature. All these professions involve ethical concerns and high stress levels, and I want to help you find ways to handle these challenges confidently and professionally.
My first session
I would like to offer a free 30-minute session to discuss your needs and how our Supervision service can meet them. After the session, we can decide whether working together would be suitable. In case we decide to move forward, a simple contract will be provided, which includes confidentiality and terms of service. If you have any additional needs, interests, or desires regarding the Supervision work, they can also be added to the contract.
