I am currently undertaking a CPCAB Level 6 supervision training and looking for supervisees to help me build up my portfolio . I am offering low-cost supervision whilst I complete the training - £30 per hour.

I work both face-to-face in Letchworth and online.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a core modality of person-centered, working with adults only.

I also teach the CPCAB Level 4 Diploma.

As a supervisor, I aim to provide the same holding, containing and secure space for my supervisees as I receive from my own supervision. Using the 7-eyed model, we will work with the whole picture to ensure a good balance of working with your own process as well as your client's to support you in your clinical work whilst making sure the best interest of your clients is maintained. We can explore your worries, concerns, queries as well as your ideas, approaches and suggestions for your practice.

At our first session we will explore whether we are suitable to work with each other, both from a professional stand point and a personal one. Just like counselling, you need to find a supervisor that you trust and feel comfortable enough with to bring your worries, niggles and insecurities to explore.

I work mornings and evenings (from 4pm) so hopefully can find a time to suit.

I work with adults offering therapy sessions face to face or online (video chat).

As an integrative counsellor, I have training and experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches and so can tailor each session to your individual need, whether it is working in the here and now or exploring your past.

I offer a dedicated time in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your feelings and experiences and help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This can lead to you having more self-confidence, a greater feeling of self-worth and the ability to better manage life’s problems and challenges.

Regardless of the approach I will always be trying to see things from your point of view, going at your pace, working with you as an equal to explore your feelings, emotions, fears and experiences to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and find your own solutions.

At our first session I will find out more about you to get a real sense of who you are. We will discuss what has brought you to counselling, what you want from it and how we can best work together to achieve that. If you are then happy to continue, we will arrange to have further regular sessions.
