I utilize proctors model as a framework

1. Normative: In this aspect, we will focus on the ethical and professional standards that guide our practice. We will discuss best practices, explore case studies, and ensure that your work aligns with the expectations of our profession. This component reinforces your understanding of the foundational principles that govern our field.

2. Formative: This is about your personal and professional development. Together, we will engage in reflective practices that encourage you to explore your strengths, areas for growth, and unique therapeutic style. I will provide constructive feedback and support as you develop your skills, helping you to build confidence in your abilities as a counsellor.

3. Restorative: Recogniding the emotional toll our work can take, this model emphasises self-care and resilience. We will create space for you to process the challenges you face in your practice, discussing strategies to manage stress and avoid burnout. I believe that nurturing your well-being is essential to your effectiveness as a counsellor.
