I aim to provide a collaborative and non judgemental space where you can feel comfortable to bring your client work for exploration and reflection and working in a humanistic, integrative way.  I especially enjoy working with trainee therapists and watching as they grow and develop their skills and their areas of expertise, I am happy to discuss a reduction in rates for trainees.

I adapt my supervision to meet your needs and stage of development.

I am happy to meet online or face to face.  

I can work with individuals or offer group supervision.

My working days are Mondays and Wednesdays.  On Mondays I work from 11am until 6pm and Wednesdays I am available between 9am and 12 noon.

About Me

I am a qualified integrative therapist, registered with the BACP, offering compassionate and client-led support for young people (aged 8 and up) and adults. My approach is tailored to each individual, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to best meet your needs.

How I Work

I believe that therapy is a journey, and I walk alongside you with empathy, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you are facing anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I will follow where you need to go, helping you find clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Supporting Young People

For younger clients, I offer a warm and engaging approach that encourages self-expression, whether through talking, creativity, or play-based techniques. I understand the unique challenges children and teenagers face and work to empower them in a way that feels safe and accessible.

There are a range of reasons why you might be seeking counselling, whether it is relationship challenges, navigating the world through loss or recent medical diagnosis, parenting a neurodiverse young person or exploring your own neurodiversity I have experience to support this journey.  

I also work with young people who are exploring their own world and developing their own sense of self and the challenges that this can lead to.

My first session gives us both an opportunity to see if counselling is the right option for you and whether we will work together well.  This session will be 30 minutes long and will cost £10.

After the initial session we will agree how we will work together going forward.  each session will then be 50 minutes long and will cost £55 per session.
