About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Supervisor and have worked with qualified practitioners and students working towards BACP and UKCP Diploma & MSc qualifications for 12 years.
I work actively as a Supervisor employing intervention and observations from Integrative Psychotherapy.
I enjoy forming good strong relationships with Supervisees and support them in client work, self maintenance and wider career development.
Practice description
Individual and groups are welcome.
My first session
All supervision begins with a conversation about your needs and expectations and a first appointment to discuss paperwork, your practice and give a structure to future work.
Effective supervision relies on the creation of a secure base to talk about client work and therapist/counsellor needs openly. The first session is a chance for both of us to shape and form how supervision will work agree how to work together.

About me and my therapy practice
Psychotherapy is the chance to explore aspects of your life and relationships, a place to look at yourself and consider thoughts and feelings. You may have a specific problem, or maybe an issue which isn't fixable but needs space.
I offer Psychotherapy and Counselling in a conversational style to help you to look at difficulties. I introduce ideas and theories that can help make sense of things.
Practice description
I work with adults, couples and families of all ages and have practiced for 15 years as a Psychotherapist. I am an integrative practitioner and am experienced in approaching each client individually. This includes drawing on CBT, Gestalt, Existential theory and Imagery technique.
I have a particular interest working with adopters and family issues.
My first session
A first session is always by appointment and is an assessment to orient you to the process and to establish how we will work together.
A session is always 50 minutes long.
All work in contracted and held in line with ethical guidelines of BACP.
