About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor, accredited with the BACP and working within their ethical framework.
I have worked with individual adults in services including the NHS and Mind. Alongside my private practice I work as a Clinical Consultant for an EAP provider.
I have recently completed a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
In my practice, I draw on the seven-eyed and cyclical models of supervision and I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to support reflection, respecting different theoretical perspectives and approaches.

About me and my therapy practice
I aim to offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space for us to work through whatever is troubling you together.
Life can be hard at times. It could be that you're feeling low, anxious or stressed, you're struggling with your relationship with yourself or others or you're experiencing difficulties adjusting to changes in your life such as loss or illness.
Whatever your issue, I will support you to connect with and express your feelings and thoughts with a view of increasing your self-awareness and self-compassion.
We'll consider your past life events and relationships and how these might be influencing you in the present, drawing on any themes that may arise. This could help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, improve your relationships and gain a greater sense of control over your life, making life more fulfilling in general.
I work relationally and see the reparative experience as being central to our work. We will work collaboratively and I will facilitate you in making your own decisions and reaching your own conclusions.
I'll use a variety of techniques from various approaches to help you draw on your inner resources, leaving you with a sense of empowerment.
