About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes become unbearable. This could be a current difficulty or something from the past that keeps holding you back. Counselling can assist you in exploring and understanding yourself and support you in building emotional resilience. I'm an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor and a member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). I have experience in supporting and counselling both adults and young people aged 11-18. I also offer sessions in additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Sindhi.
Along with my private work, I have experience of working as a counsellor in the voluntary sector at AVMKSAASS and Women's Aid. In addition to this, I am also counselling clients as a sessional counsellor at Barnardos. I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling at the moment which can be short term or long term depending on your needs. The face to face sessions are held from my therapy room at my practice in Aylesbury.
My training is in an Integrative model. This allows me to draw from a wealth of knowledge, training and experience from different therapeutic schools, and I can therefore tailor each session to your individual needs. Call, message or email me for a conversation around what will suit you and how I work within my practice.
