About me and my therapy practice
We all need a helping hand sometimes. Are you coping with loss or struggling with relationships. Is now the right time to talk freely about how you feel?
Going to a counsellor may seem like a big step. If you are not sure whether therapy is right for you, or if finding the right counsellor seems bewildering, we can arrange a call to discuss your concerns. This session would not involve any obligation to return.
I trained at The Minster Centre in London, one of the most prestigious therapy colleges in the UK.
I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore any issues or concerns that you have which may be impacting on your life, your relationships and/or your emotional well-being. My aim is to support you in how you are feeling.
I offer counselling face to face and via Zoom.
Practice description
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor. Working integratively means that I bring together many theories, techniques and perspectives as a way to respond to each person.
I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer you the opportunity to explore your situation and consider what changes, if any, you may want to achieve. I work in an empathic manner and in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
