About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person centred counsellor who has now completed her Supervision Level 6 course working with face to face and online supervisees.
I utilise the 7-eyed model of supervision and my counselling modality is Person Centred.
I work with abuse (training to work with abusers), Domestic violence, anxiety, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, Grief and bereavement to name a few
I offer concessions specially to those that see low cost clients
As per counselling I offer a safe space for you to discuss your clients and just maybe I will see something you don't and will be able to signpost you to where you need to be.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative and I am an ally with a capital A
I have the skills and understanding of CBT, Creative therapy along with the StopSO Course and the ISAT Diploma finishing soon
Practice description
As mentioned already I work online utilising WhatsApp, video calls, live chat or email along with phone supervision
I enjoy psycho-education and am a firm believer that we will learn from each other.

I love to connect with people AND really enjoy the flexibility that online and phone gives us.
The sessions are for one hour with payment before the meeting via bank transfer or cash on the day (preferably via bank transfer)
Practice description
I walk with my clients and through our journey we can identify obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life and how the outlook of their future can be different.
I draw upon my theoretical models and knowledge gained through continuing personal and professional development and additional resources.
My first session
The first session is getting to know you, what you like and don't like - completing our therapeutic contract together.
