About me and my therapy practice
My supervision approach reflects how I work with clients, aiming to create a trusting environment where supervisees can explore their work in an accepting and valuing relationship, and where they retain autonomy whilst getting the support they need in order to thrive. I am fully committed to the support and growth of my supervisees, and use a blend of supervision approaches in order to deliver this, including Proctor's three function model (Normative, Formative and Restorative functions) and The 7 Eyed Supervision Model. I also utilise a considered balance of encouragement and challenge depending on the stage in your growth!
My way of being is much in keeping with my belief about what can be most therapeutic in working with clients - an authentic approach with a focus on our working relationship.
In terms of counselling modalities, I studied (and teach, in my role as a counselling tutor) an Integrative approach blending person centred, and psychodyamic theories, under the umbrella of Clarkson's relational framework. So do reach out if you feel my way of working could compliment your way of being as a therapist, and we can hold an initial session to explore this further.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel difficult, and we might not even know why. It can be helpful to work through our feelings in a safe, confidential, and supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe the answers are in us as individuals, and that we also benefit from being alongside someone as we explore our thoughts and feelings, and get a deeper understanding of ourselves.
As a fully qualified integrative counsellor and BACP Accredited member, and an HR professional with over 15 years experience in multinational companies, I am passionate about personal growth and development. Talking to someone we feel comfortable with, and who does not judge us, can help.
So whether you are looking to explore current life circumstances, grow your understanding of how the past affects you today, or face concerns about the future, I can support you on your journey.
