About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and supervisor.  I am also a counselling and psychotherapy lecturer.  I work with individual clients and couples.  

I use the Seven Eyed Model of supervision and am available to work with trainee counsellors and qualified counsellors.  

I can offer concession rates for trainee counsellors seeking supervision as part of their placement/course.  

Practice description

I rent a space in a local church.  I am not affiliated with the church but the space is comfortable and accessible.  I also use a garden room in Prescot.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor working with adults and couples. I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I am able to use a range of counselling methods in order to best meet your needs and requirements. I am also a Counselling Lecturer.    

Making the decision to access counselling can feel like an incredibly big step. I work in a client-focused way, offering you a safe space to be able to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

I am based in St Helens, Merseyside. I offer face to face counselling and psychotherapy, with experience in a wide range of issues.

Practice description

I want you to feel safe and hope to build up a trust with you so that you can share your thoughts and feelings and work through any issues that you may have.  

My role as a counsellor is not to offer you advice or guidance but to use a wide range of counselling skills to enable you to enhance your self-awareness and find your own answers within.  


My first session

During your first counselling session we will explore your reasons for accessing counselling.  We will also go through a contract so that you are fully aware of what to expect.
