Many people experience emotional difficulties at some point in their life. Sometimes we feel we are ‘not right' and we don’t know why. Unresolved issues past or present can create stress, anxiety, depression and may impact your everyday life. If you feel overwhelmed, unhappy or alone perhaps talking with a professional can help.
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to talk about whatever is troubling you. I work psychodynamically, which involves talking about your early life experience and how this experience may affect you now. I work both in a time-limited and open-ended way. Treatment can continue for as long or short a time as you wish.
I am a highly qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist and a registered member of the BPC, BACP and a member of Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in public sector.
