About me and my therapy practice
I believe that we all deserve to lead healthy and happy lives and that this can be achieved through the understanding, congruence and support offered by therapy and the counselling process. I believe fully in the fundamental importance of Clinical Supervision, this belief coupled with the support and encouragement of my Supervisor, lead me to start my own supervision journey, at the start of 2023.
I am ready now, to begin offering my Supervisory support services to counselling individuals or groups. I have been trained in online supervision, as well as face-to-face. It is a thoroughly robust and inclusive course and i feel confident in my ability to support you with your journey.

Practice description
I have a small office in Llandrindod Wells, it has a calm relaxing atmosphere.
It is Covid friendly, with plenty of space, masks and antibacterial hand sanitizer.
I also work online, using Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Teams.
My first session
Every session is a full hour (not 50 minutes like most therapists). This feels important, because often clients start to relax in the last ten minutes.
The first session is also one hour long. We will also have a short assessment at the start, which will last about 5/10 minutes.
