 I currently have a private practice in Leigh-on-Sea and Southend-on-Sea in Essex and have experience working as a Counsellor in a Secondary School. I also have worked previously with ex-offenders and addiction in which I offer an integrative program and combine this with the 12 step program, I offer a mindfulness program if required and a range of alternative health coaching, I have a holistic approach to the mind and body.

I provide a professional and confidential counselling service in Leigh-on-Sea & Southend-on-Sea. I work in an integrative way, using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR,Transactional Analysis and Person Centred approaches. I think it is important to tailor my approach to the needs of the individual as I do not believe that one approach is appropriate for everyone.

I am experienced in working with children and teenagers as well as adults. Whether you need help to deal with anxiety, panic attacks, anger, low self-esteem or confidence. I also work with bereavement and loss, addiction, co-dependence, confidence, self esteem, domestic abuse, health anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and family or relationship problems.

I offer a mindfulness program if required and a range of alternative health coaching, I have a holistic approach to health. I am trained in Supervision and work for Mind along side with my personal Practise.
