About me and my therapy practice
I offer 50minute therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of each client in a compassionate and sensitive way. I work with individual adults and adolescents (age 11 - 18).Sessions are confidential & a safe space to share openly & explore feelings, reflect & gain a better understanding of the self & emotional well-being that can help to inform change and improve self-worth & self-esteem. I work in a non-judgmental & respectful manner.
Counselling may help to achieve a more authentic way of being, as we make sense of & understand how our past affects our present feelings & behaviours it may be possible to make changes to the way we live our lives and relate to others in the present.
Counselling may not be an easy process, sharing emotional & difficult situations & feelings can be daunting as well as finding ways to change which may bring mixed feelings, but with my support along the way, we will endeavour to find the way forward that is right for you.
I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions via Zoom, telephone or face-to-face sessions in Hartley Wintney which is easily accessible to Hook, Fleet, Church Crookaham, Odiham, Yateley, Eversley & Finchampstead.
