About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome.
I am an experienced, Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have extensive experience of working with both trainee and qualified counsellors.
Practice description
My style of supervision is collaborative and supportive, where I hope you can feel able to be honest and open, without fear of judgement. My aim is to provide guidance, feedback, and support to help you navigate the complexities and dilemmas of client work and enhance your effectiveness as a therapist.
Together, we'll explore your cases, develop your skills and confidence, and ensure you're providing the best possible care to your clients. Being a therapist can be demanding so it’s important to look after ourselves and supervision is a safe space for us to explore this together.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome.
Life can feel overwhelming at times and we can feel stuck and unable to move forward. I am an experienced, Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. This means that I draw on several therapeutic modalities to best meet your individual needs. We can regularly review our work together to ensure you are finding it helpful.
Practice description
First and foremost you need to feel comfortable with your therapist. I realise that it can feel daunting to reach out for support. It's my aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space so you can feel safe to explore and so that we can have an honest and open dialogue. Whilst regular, weekly sessions are usually the most effective, I have a flexible approach to therapy and we would regularly review and adapt as needed. I offer online, telephone and face to face settings.
My first session
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for our work together. We'll have an informal chat to understand your background, what brought you to counselling, and your aims and goals.
