About me and my therapy practice
I have an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling and I am an accredited counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred). I am an integrative counsellor, incorporating person-centred and psychodynamic theory and techniques into my practice.
I work with adults with a range of issues including anxiety, depression and trauma. I have a special interest in working with childhood trauma and I worked as a Counsellor for the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse. I am now the Counselling lead at a Community Counselling Service in South East London. Alongside this, I have a small private practice.
Practice description
Based in Blackheath, I offer in person or online supervision, mainly utilising the the seven-eyed model of supervision which focuses on developing practice in areas relating to interventions, relational dynamics, client process, supervisee process as well as taking into account the wider context. Within supervision I draw on a range of theoretical concepts from approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred, trauma-informed, attachment and solution focussed.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor (MSc Therapeutic Counselling) which means I draw upon a range of different theoretical perspectives to best suit your needs. My aim is to provide a safe, empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk openly and freely about whatever has brought you to counselling. Through establishing a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship, I can support you to gain a better understanding of the things that are on your mind and the difficulties you are facing. This can enable you to find different ways of looking at and addressing issues.
I have a special interest in working with childhood trauma and I worked as a Counsellor for the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse. At present, alongside my private practice, I am the Counselling Lead at a Community Counselling Service in South East London.
