Change and choice can be challenging. Making the decision to enter into counselling can be one of the most difficult steps we ever take.

Maybe you are managing to function, but struggling to cope?

It can really help to talk freely and confidentially with someone whose life and relationships are totally separate from yours. With impartial help and support, to express yourself and review your beliefs and decisions, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and feelings. It can then become easier to make sense of what is happening.

Together we can explore your concerns: anxiety, depression, family or relationship issues, and some ways of being and doing, that better suit the person you are today. Learning to live differently with what has happened in the past, can help you to move forward and live a more positive, emotionally informed life.
