About me and my therapy practice
As a practicing counsellor and supervisor, I understand the ethical requirement to engage in regular clinical supervision. Finding a supervisor that feels right for you can at times be just as difficult as finding a counsellor.
My supervision practice has been running since 2019 and includes working with qualified counsellors and counsellors in training who work privately, in schools and universities. Much of my expertise is working with those supporting young people.
I offer online supervision to therapists either individually, or as a group.
Practice description
For me, the foundation of supervision is building a trusting, collaborative relationship. Within this you are invited to bring and explore all areas of your practice. This includes, client work, contracting, ethics, boundaries and your development.
I use the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision model that includes a focus on the relationship between the client and therapist, and between the therapist and supervisor, along with how these fit into the wider context. I support my supervisees to bring their whole selves to our sessions. It is an opportunity to deepen understanding of ourselves and our practice. It is a chance to self-reflect and grow.
I offer concessionary rates for students, and at my discretion.

About me and my therapy practice
I believe we are all individuals shaped by our own unique experiences. Counselling can help you explore, challenge your thoughts and support you on your journey. The therapeutic relationship is there to encourage and empower you to find your path and where needed, make changes.
I offer online, or walk and talk sessions in Beckenham or Bromley- South London.
Walk and Talk sessions offer the opportunity to explore while taking in nature, many find this more comfortable than sitting in a therapy room.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I use a combination of different types of therapeutic interventions tailored to you. This includes solution focussed, relational, person centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis and CBT.
Our work may lead to looking at your past, as well as your present, this helps to show the strategies, mechanisms and "stories told" you have put in place which protect and support you.
I have worked with many areas of focus including, but not limited to:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma
Relationships
Identity
Self-esteem
Anger
Eating Disorders
OCD
Harmful thoughts and behaviours
School Avoidance
Educational Stress
Neurodivergence
I offer concessionary rates for counselling students, and at my discretion.
