About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and qualified supervisor and have worked with a range of individuals and groups including counselling and psychotherapy students and graduates. My aim is always to support you and your client in the valuable work you do together.
My original training was Integrative with Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor. I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervisors.
I am particularly interested in working with cumulative trauma in childhood, the impact of bullying, issues of low confidence and low self esteem and the experience of Aspergers (ASD) for individuals and their family members.

I work mostly long term, helping you to understand yourself more fully and to gain insight into repeating patterns and seemingly intractable issues. I am interested in how unconscious processes affect and impact on our more conscious sense of self. My experience is that in developing an awareness of these processes we free our energy and develop more confidence in who we are, as well as fulfilling more of our potential.What I can help with
