About me and my therapy practice
Supervision to me is a co-created, mutual relationship. Our supervision will provide a safe, respectful, supported and non judgemental space that will enable you as the supervisee to reflect and find your answers. We will review your client work, the best interests of the client being at the heart of everything we do, as well as monitoring adherence to the BACP Ethical Framework in all areas including self care. I will also support with any identified (identified by you or during our work together) areas of learning, counselling and supervision being vocations I am extremely passionate about.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced BACP accredited Integrative Counsellor, working with individuals, couples and a registered Supervisor. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, empathic environment in which to work with clients.
I understand that sometimes people feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to manage strong emotions. Something may not feel right and you don’t know why, sometimes people need support to discover what these feelings are about and counselling can help with this. I offer a safe, listening space enabling you to explore your issues.
Practice description
I use a range of therapeutic approaches, therefore I will tailor our work in a way that best fits you. I will work at your pace and we can work on self awareness, insight and understanding. Together we will work through any difficult emotions and struggles, to enable positive change.
My first session
During our initial consultation we will discuss what your needs and expectations are and mutually agree the issues we will work on. My aim for this is to help you to find understanding and answers for yourself, leading to positive and beneficial change.
