About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with challenges that are getting in the way of you enjoying life? It can be really hard dealing with difficult feelings and not know who to talk. Especially when sometimes everyone else seems to be okay and you don't want to tell those close to you that you are finding life tough. So it's understandable that you might need support to deal with these.
Do you feel you would like to take time out to talk about issues that are concerning you?
I am an accredited therapist who can offer you a safe, confidential and non judgemental space to help you explore these issues and work out the best way forward to help you feel better about yourself and your relationships. I can support you on your journey of self-discovery, to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices.
I have experience of working with loss, bereavement, relationship issues, self esteem, lack of direction and many issues that make it difficult to get through day to day life.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with a diverse range of problems.
