I am a Person Centred Therapist and Supervisor and completed Supervision training facilitated by Mike Worrall and Linda Smith at Counselling Xtra. I work with counsellors at all stages of their Professional therapist journey whether in training, in placement or based within Organisations or Private Practice. My Supervision practice puts your relationship with your client at the forefront of consideration and is informed by the 7 eyed Model of Supervision which explores the various factors that can impact that relationship.I believe that effective Supervision is collaborative, supportive and encouraging in order to empower therapists to take ownership of their own client work with confidence. As therapists we work hard to offer our clients the best possible space and presence in which to explore their struggles and Supervisees both deserve and need these same conditions in order to work safely and effectively for both themselves and clients. Supervision supports Counsellors to grow and develop as practitioners, maintain career longevity, avoid Burnout and stay accountable to our Professional and Ethical standards. My aim is to offer you a space safe enough to explore all corners of yourself as a practitioner and of your client work without fear or shame in order for you to work through any blocks to empathy and feel free enough to bring yourself congruently to client relationships. I have worked with several Organisations providing Counselling on both short and long-term contracts including charities and EAPs (Employee Assistance Programmes). I work Online with clients both nationally and internationally and have previously worked with an Online International Mental Health Service
