About me and my therapy practice

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm a fully trained counselling psychotherapist and I offer private individual, and relationship therapy on an ongoing or short-term basis.
I am trained in the Psychodynamic method, Psychosexual CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Addictions Counselling. I use an integration of these ideas to best help you.
It can be difficult to find a space to reflect and talk about those things are that are on your mind or difficult to think about. I offer a secure, non-judgemental, confidential environment, where together we can find that space for you.
I am very patient and understand that taking that first step towards counselling, and beginning to make changes can be very difficult and I'll do my very best to support you.
The therapy room is based in Hackney Central and there are number of buses that stop nearby, (106, 254, 276, 277, 38 55 and W15). Nearest Train - Overground Hackney Central.
