About me and my therapy practice
I hold a postgraduate certificate in clinical supervision from the training organisation Relational Change. My supervision approach is grounded in my integrative relational therapy training which combines aspects of theory and practice from the humanistic/existential, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural traditions. In addition to exploring theory to help us understand your clients' presenting issues, another focus of our supervisory relationship can be looking at what might be happening between you and your client within the therapeutic relationship.
My first session
I am happy to speak on the phone about your supervision requirements before we meet and this would be free of charge.
My fees for supervision are £60 per hour. In our first meeting together, we can talk about your work as a therapist, your supervision needs and work out the practicalities of our supervision agreement. I offer monthly supervision for 90 minutes in line with BACP requirements but am open to discussing your particular requirements.
Types of therapy
Brief therapy, CBT, Existential, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Phenomenological, Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Relational

About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling and psychotherapy online and face to face from rooms in the Wimbledon area and Bank in the City. I am an integrative relational therapist and supervisor, with experience of working with a wide range of clients with different issues and presenting symptoms. I am also a former family solicitor with a particular interest in the difficulties we can experience in forming and sustaining relationships. I understand the distress which can occur when relationships break down. I aim to help you increase self- awareness and thereby enable you to better understand your feelings and behaviour and make change if that is needed.
Practice description
As an integrative relational therapist, my focus is to collaborate with you to co-create a professional relationship of trust within which you feel comfortable to explore complex feelings concerning all aspects of your life. I combine aspects of theory and practice from different counselling traditions but have a strong psychodynamic strand to my work which involves looking at experience and feelings from the past and how that may be affecting your present life. I will work alongside you to establish new awareness of thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

I am happy to speak you on the phone free of charge before any first meeting to answer any questions you may have about me or counselling and psychotherapy in general.
My first session can last longer than the usual fifty minutes but is charged at the same rate of £65 to £70, depending on location. This is an opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other and I will also be asking some questions about your life and personal history to make sure I am the right therapist to work with you.
