About me and my therapy practice
I am a child and family therapist providing play based therapy, youth counselling, family counselling, school counselling; clinical supervision for children's therapists and mental health consultations to educational establishments. I offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified therapists who work with children and young people .

I am a child and family therapist based in central Croydon, providing a range of therapies for children, young people and their families.
I provide play based therapy, youth counselling and family counselling and school counselling; as well as clinical supervision for school counsellors, and mental health consultations to educational establishments.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes are specifically designed for trauma survivors and is especially suitable for those survivors who continue to struggle with childhood related neglect/abuse, PTSD, Complex Trauma, Dissociative episodes. Helping
Therapeutic Yoga sessions provide a trauma aware environment that promotes:
- increasing strength & flexibility
- improving balance, co-ordination & posture
- recovery from & prevention of physical injury
- re-framing the experience of touch through the exploration of physical
- adjustments
