About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified clinical supervisor and my offering of clinical supervision is provided to individuals, groups, and therapists in training. My supervisory approach is integrative, drawing upon a range of models and ideas from both traditional and non-traditional schools of thought. This encompasses an intersectional and transcultural lens.
In my own clinical work, my specialism is working with women, and as such, my supervisory practice and experience would suit practitioners who work with the same client group. My experience and specialism lends itself trauma, and also difficulties relating to baby loss, infertility, and childlessness.
I endeavour to create a reflective and supportive ‘joint thinking space’ where together, we can consider your clinical practice and the needs of your clients.
I can provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly supervision to individuals and organisational employees.
Please feel free to contact me with any queries.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience. I specialise in working with women who are struggling with infertility and/or involuntary childlessness. I also specialise in working with women who have experienced trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other distressing life events.
The trauma you have experienced may have happened when you were a child or more recently as an adult. I work with all types of traumatic experiences, including historical child sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma and gender based violence. Trauma can also encompass other life experiences such as being diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, losing a loved one, or the ongoing effects of a painful and difficult childhood, including bullying.
I also work and support with women who are struggling with infertility, baby loss/miscarriage and involuntary childlessness. The uncertainties surrounding infertility, treatment outcomes and future pregnancies can be very distressing and have a significant impact on a woman’s emotional wellbeing.
My offerings includes specialist therapy for infertility and involuntary childlessness, and trauma focused therapy (including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for working with trauma.
Whatever you’re struggling with, I am happy to explore with you how I can be of help. I offer a safe therapeutic space for exploration and healing.

If after our telephone consultation we decide that it would be helpful to meet, the next stage of the process will be an initial consultation where we can discuss your needs in more detail and our work together.
