You could well find some positive improvements using counselling. I am a professionally qualified and experienced counsellor working in Oxford. I offer counselling for many issues, including relationship problems, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, loss and bereavement, as well as regaining the positive aspects of life. I work with individuals and couples.

Practice description

I am a person-centred counsellor with experience of working on a broad range of issues with individuals and couples. I believe that the most successful therapeutic relationship is one that is warm, accepting and genuine, with both client and counsellor working collaboratively on the client's issues.
