About me and my therapy practice

I have over 5 years experience of working as a supervisor from both a clinical and creative perspective. I support and value the work of supervisees, so they can be empowered, grow in confidence, become interested in their reflections to become reflexive. I am also a co-facilitator on an accredited creative and clinical supervision course, training therapists to become supervisors.

I have over 9 years experience of delivering therapy in charity, higher education, and prison establishments. I have worked in employed and contracting capacities within private practice.

I am committed to the concept of true and practical self-care to enable each therapist to offer the best they can to their clients whilst maintaining an ethic practice.

Practice description

I work from a person-centred puralistic foundation, that encompasses the practical, creative, and transpersonal training I have received.
