I work in groups and individually all remotely.
I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision for qualified or trainee counsellors/psychotherapists, in groups or individually

My first session
Our first session will be a space for us to understand how we each work and to see if we are compatible.
If this is positive we will work with your clients/patients that you bring to supervision.

I work remotely. This enables you, the patient, easy availability, wherever you may be. We can meet in the comfort of your home, with no rush or struggle through traffic to get to appointments on time.

I have had many years of experience working with adults in the private sector and more recently in the NHS, who have suffered physical, emotional as well as sexual abuse. I work with people suffering from depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, difficulties with family and personal relationships, confusion, eating disorders, and those who are experiencing difficulty coping with change. Bupa Recognition (30010837) BACP Accredited. I offer remote therapy in these difficult times
Practice description
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.
I work with individuals over 16 years old remotely.
Cost for individuals is £70.00 per session.
I also work with couples remotely.
Cost for couples £75.00 per session.
I work either remotely or face to face.
My first session
Your first session is for your Assessment where I will be collecting information and background.
This may not be completed in one session and may continue into the next session.
It will be charged at the normal rate.
