About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisor I aim to provide a collaborative space for discussion, curiosity and debate that empowers you to work mindfully towards the best interest of your clients. Reflective practice and experiential learning is at the heart of my approach for supervision.
Practice description
I work with Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Mental Health Professionals and Trainee's offering a supportive and encouraging space to discuss, explore and improve their client work and enhance their professional development.
I aim to create an environment in which the supervisee feels at ease to discuss difficulties or dilemmas in their work without feeling judged. It is very important to me that the supervisee feels respected, empowered, safe and constructively challenged in the supervision space.
My first session
Free 20 minute telephone/zoom consultation session offered to discuss any queries, needs and expectations you might have from supervision.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist utilizing an extensive toolkit of therapeutic skills, theories and techniques such as Contemporary Psychoanalysis, Person-Centered Approach, Body and Emotion Focused Approach (Trauma Therapy), Solution-Focused or Brief Therapy (CBT), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and more. This allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach in line with the needs of my clients. I have experience working in various settings e.g. NHS IAPT, private practice, charitable organizations and FE College. I am a qualified clinical supervisor overseeing the work of other therapists.
Practice description
I believe that therapy is a journey of self-empowerment and my role as a therapist is not only to accompany you but guide you towards strengthening your resilience, addressing your vulnerability and moving forward with enhanced confidence and determination. I ensure focused and in depth use of session time. I am particularly mindful of the importance of being sensitive to diverse needs and that constitutes awareness and inclusivity in the way I work.
My first session
I offer a free 10 minute Telephone consultation to discuss any specific queries you might have.
I offer a 30 min introductory session in which we can explore your needs for therapy and discuss any concerns. This gives you the opportunity to make an informed decision about therapy. Please see my website for more details.
