About me and my therapy practice
I studied & qualified in the Embodied Relational Approach, Counselling & Psychotherapy Supervision Diploma of Clinical Supervision at the Edinburgh Gestalt Institute in June 2020.
Working from the my trained modalities I offer supervision to anyone working in counselling, psychotherapy and other mental health or psychological well-being settings to BACP guidelines.
I offer face to face, online or phone supervision and am based in Newcastle Upon Tyne for face to face work.
My fee for supervision is £50 to £60 per hour. You are welcome to contact me to explore options via email or telephone.

My first session
We can arrange a phone call to have a brief conversation about what you are looking for and what I can provide and arrange a first meeting.
I offer the first 30 minutes free of charge so we can meet and discuss your work and supervision requirements. The full hour will be there for us to use, although there is no obligation to do so.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified & experienced Person-Centred & Emotion Focused Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor
I offer therapy & supervision online, telephone & face to face in Gosforth.
I work at your pace specialising in depression, trauma, anxiety, addiction, sexual abuse, relationship & emotional difficulties.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Past trauma or life events may feel difficult to cope with & you may not know where to turn. You might feel confused, unhappy, unheard, misunderstood or perhaps become stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour leaving you feeling conflicted & anxious.
Please contact me to discuss this further by email, text or phone when you are ready. We can arrange a free 30 min consultation for you to decide whether I am the counsellor to help you.
I offer sessions from £50 - £60 depending on your financial circumstances.
