I am a qualified supervisor providing supervision to professionals and trainee counsellors. I have been qualified for over 15 years

I have studied many theories, practices and modalities across a wide range of areas related to counselling, psychotherapy, mental health, wellness and personal/spiritual development. My core training was as a psychodynamic counsellor and through the years I have studied person-centred theory and the six necessary and sufficient conditions which are at the heart of Carl Roger's approach.  I consider my supervision approach is Integrative with person-centred values at the heart of my work while understanding developmental theory and influences that may be present in the unconscious world of the unknown.

As Aristotle once said, "Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom". Ancient wisdom is at the core of my philosophy and I believe that it is through knowing others and life that one can truly know oneself.  Within supervision, I work with a user-centred and collaborative approach which gives presence and space for exploring client work and reaching new insight and understanding. 

I can provide face-to-face supervision, telephone supervision or online supervision.  

I think at the heart of all relationships is connection. For the first session, we can have a free conversation to establish needs and explore approaches and expectations.
