About me and my therapy practice
I offer consultative support, individually and in groups and I am happy to work with supervisees from all modalities, during training and post qualification. I am experienced in supervising trainee counsellors on placement undertaking Person Centred courses.
I trained with CASCADE Associates (established by Brigid Proctor and Francesca Inskipp) and am currently engaged in a supervision development group to further establish my understanding and skills in supervision.
Approved Supervisor at The Metanoia Institute London W5, Amersham & Wycombe College in Buckinghamshire, Hillingdon’s Action Group for Addiction Management, West London and from my Private Practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer you a confidential place where you can talk about yourself and your life, which may be confusing and you may feel uncomfortable, angry or unhappy. A place, where you are free to work through any issues or difficulties, for example, relationship issues, illness, stress and anxiety, depression or addiction.
You will have an opportunity to think and talk about yourself and your concerns, in a way that is different from talking with a loved one or a friend.
Practice description
My philosophy is based upon that of Carl Rogers, pioneer of the Person-Centred Approach. I share his belief in the actualising tendency, the innate capacity of every individual to grow and develop.
I will listen to the way you feel and how this affects you. I will accept the way you are without judging and I will work with you to enable you to make the changes that you want to happen.
My first session
During your first session you will be able to express the reasons for coming to counselling and look at what you would like to achieve.
Understanding it is not always easy to talk about problems & to express your feelings, I aim to bring warmth & empathy enabling you to share those things that bother you.
I will offer the first half hour of the first session free for you to see how this works.
