About me and my therapy practice

I am an accredited counsellor in private practice, with extensive experience. I offer online sessions for your relationship and wellbeing needs.

Perhaps you're struggling with family difficulties, or stuck in unhelpful patterns with your partner, including the pain of separation or conflict and you're finding your current circumstance too much. Get in touch and we can set up a session together to start to unravel the difficulties.

Our relationships are such a big part of our lives. They naturally bring us challenges that cannot easily be ignored or pushed aside.

Our work together can provide a place to help with emotional distress, conflict and argument, anger, trust, esteem and confidence, connection and trauma, amongst many others issues. Unpacking some of the more difficult, complex feelings in a safe and supportive environment.

Sessions build on and help communication patterns, focusing on root cause and positive change. I specialise in how we relate and the feelings behind the behaviours.

Our work together will offer a range of techniques, drawing on my training in systemic family counselling, psycho-dynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and focusing-oriented psychotherapy.

How we work towards change is always different. Each individual, and relationship, finds its own way towards that positive change.

Ongoing sessions will be agreed following an initial session and agreement on suitability, availability and a needs/skills match.
