I supervise online and in person in Buckinghamshire.
About me and my therapy practice
My background is Integrative Transpersonal which is a humanistic approach. I also offer supervision through a trauma sense as I have been trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. In 2023, I am undertaking a course in supervision and consultation using Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My first session
If you are interested in having supervision with me please be in touch. Firstly, we'll have a brief chat on the phone so we can each find out more about one another; what you'd like from supervision; and what I can offer you in supervision. We also will discuss the T&Cs and see if we can find a mutually, agreeable time to meet. Then, if we are both happy to go head, we'll set a date for an initial session to see how we work together.

About me and my therapy practice
I am currently, working on line and in person in Buckinghamshire
Practice description
I practice the psychotherapy in Buckinghamshire and online. I specialise in working with people who have difficulties with relationships, depression, anxiety or a sense of feeling lost, empty or confused. Or even when life feels like ground hog day repeating itself over and over again. My training in sensorimotor psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems enable people to recognise and release the symptoms of trauma held in their bodies leading to a sense of being freed-up and consequently, change. These two approaches are creative and explorative and reveal the resilience and courage it takes to be human.
My first session
It's often difficult to know where to start finding therapist so my approach is step-by-step. After you contact me we will find a time to talk on the phone so that we can each find out more about one another. Then, if we feel comfortable we will arrange an appointment to meet online (at the present time) when I will ask a few more in-depth questions and you can ask me more questions, too about the way I work. Following this, if we feel we are a fit and can work together then we will arrange to meet, one-to-one, on a regular weekly basis for 50 mins. I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
