I work as Supervisor from a integrative & transpersonal background. I am trained and accredited as Social worker and Counsellor/Psychotherapist and have a Postgraduate Certificate in Transpersonal and Integrative Supervision. (University of East London) I have years of experience in both therapy and supervisor. Besides private practice as Therapist, Supervisor and Spiritual Director at Holy Rood House in Thirsk. I have also much professional experience in the Addiction and Mental Health sectors. I work with a wide range of Supervisees with different therapeutic backgrounds according to BACP supervision guidelines.  I offer clinical supervision both online and in person in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

I work from a transpersonal and integrative background with Psychosynthesis at the core.  My skills include Gestalt Therapy, CBT and Emotional Freedom Technique EFT.  In addition I am trained in Somatic Therapy skills and EMDR to work with Trauma and PTSD. 

There is a confidential and accepting space to explore present difficulties or past traumas. All the same it is important for me to explore the potential that is in everyone and therefore also focusing on personal growth, clarifying the purpose of life and to empower to live one's gifts. I have special knowledge and much experience on Mental health problems including depression and anxiety, all kinds of addiction issues as well as concerns around sexuality and spirituality. 

Recently relocated from London to North Yorkshire. I see clients online and face to face in Thirsk at www.holyroodhouse.org.uk and possibly in the future in York.

In the first session you will have space to share your issues, problems, expectations and hopes for therapy. I will add some assessment questions and will explain my therapeutic approach and share how I work. 

We will then do a piece of work together so you have a better experience of my approach. A decision to continue to work together can be made at the end or you can have more time to reflect about this and get back to me later.
