About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to trainees and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. I try to create a warm, safe space where you can feel free to present your client work or bring any work-related issues you might have without fear of judgment. In this safe space we can, for example, reflect collaboratively on the client's history or on the dynamics between you, the client, us or any third party concerned such as an organisation you might work for. I would tailor supervision to your needs, but it would always cover three main areas: your professional learning and growth, your own well-being and maintaining ethical standards.
I am an Integrative Clinical Supervisor, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Attachment-based Therapist with additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have over 25 years of experience working with adults from all walks of life presenting with a wide range of issues. I have provided individual and group supervision for CiC (an Employee Assistance Provider), for the London School of Economics and in Private Practice.
I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies (2005), a Post-Qualifying Certificate in CBT (2010) and an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies (2016) at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF Therapy), a Postgraduate Diploma in Attachment-based Therapy (2015) at the Wimbledon Guild and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision (2023) at the Awareness Centre.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my webpage. It is not easy to find a suitable therapist, especially when you are in distress. I hope that this page will provide some clarity as to whether I might be the right therapist for you.
I offer open-ended online psychotherapy or brief online counselling. In open-ended psychotherapy we could, for example, talk about your difficulties and explore the underlying issues. We could try to understand why you think, feel and behave the way you do. The insight which you gain could help you to let go of patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that may have sustained you in the past, but now cause you difficulties. In brief counselling we could focus on one or two current issues and explore ways to manage them. We would not go extensively into the past.
I would provide a safe, non-judgmental and empathic space for our work together. Sessions would be 50 minutes long. They could be in English or German.
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Attachment-based Therapist with additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have over 25 years of experience working with adults from all walks of life presenting with a wide range of issues.
