About me and my therapy practice
I have been Clinical Lead for a team of Counsellors and Volunteer Students at a Trauma & Abuse Charity, as well as a working as a Counselling Training Manager in a West Sussex Training School, Counselling Lecturer at a Hampshire College and the Open University. I have had over 15 years experience as a Manager / Supervisor / Clinical Supervisor within my health, social care and training roles.

I work compassionately and empathically with both students and qualified therapists in a pluralistic / integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I am passionate about therapy that looks at the whole person, working in a totally individualistic way, with each client and supervisee. I have extensive experience in working with humanistic, existential, transpersonal, gestalt and creative / art therapies, which all offer a wide spectrum of theories and tools that benefit clients holistically.
I particularly specialise in areas such as neurodiversity (i.e. Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia etc) trauma and PTSD, domestic and sexual abuse, chronic illness, bereavement, loss, palliative care / end of life issues, life purpose and spirituality, but also depression, anxiety, eating disorders and disability issues.
I currently offer supervision to qualified counsellors and students in Hampshire & Sussex, and individual supervision, face to face in my therapy workspace, from my home in Horndean, Waterlooville (Hampshire) and on Zoom.

About me and my therapy practice
"Embracing transformation of self within the process of healing, allows us to move through our pain and suffering into a place of hope, acceptance and peace. This powerful journey that is always within our reach, encourages us to seek our own truth, meaning and authenticity. In turn this can bring deep existential, spiritual and holistic awareness of the life we are living and the person that we need to find peace and make ourselves whole."
