I am available for evening work only. 

I am fully accredited, and am an experienced therapist and clinical supervisor.  I work within a Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic/Attachment framework mostly.  I have been in leadership positions in CAMHS and am now the Clinical Lead for a children's mental health charity. 

I am passionate about therapy!  I want to support therapists who are engaged in practice, and believe I am a calm, active and supportive supervisor.  The job we do as therapists is demanding and supervision is such a key element in ensuring we feel contained and 'held' so that we can do that for our clients.  

I work two evenings a week from 7-9pm.   I have a comfortable, cosy and private space to support you in.

I am a fully accredited, committed, experienced and passionate therapist. I have had both NHS and charitable experience as a therapist, and am currently the Clinical Lead for a children’s mental health charity.

Coming into therapy can feel daunting, challenging, or just overwhelming. I have learned to entirely trust the process of therapy: I want to support you to find out what is making you feel the way you do; what informs your thought patterns; and your beliefs about yourself, and others. I hope you will experience me to be warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind and accepting. Know that I will work hard alongside you and will be fully committed to our therapeutic time together.  

I provide long and short term therapy to adults, adolescents and parents (within a child focused, parental model).  I want to support you to understand your unconscious processes and how the affect, and inform, your day to day life.  Understanding  what makes us 'tick' often results in us feeling more peaceful, contended and in control of our lives and the choices we make.
