About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental therapeutic space in East London, E9 , to enable you to explore the circumstances which have bought you to this point. By exploring these together, gaining insight and awareness, we open the possibility to create positive lasting, meaningful change. Living life in the present, to the fullest is something we all aspire to.
My experience as a BACP accredited therapist, clinical supervisor and tutor of counselling, has provided me with the fundamental belief that whilst there are common elements to the human condition, we are all ultimately unique. It has been this belief that led to my integrative therapeutic training and as a result I have developed a unique way of working. I use a variety of theory and techniques to enable you to explore yourself in a way which has meaning for you as an individual. Even in the most hopeless feeling space, change is possible.
It takes courage to make this 1st step in seeking support and I appreciate the need to find the right person to support you on your journey. With this in mind please feel free to contact me with any questions/queries/enquiries and I will endeavour to respond promptly and in an open, honest manner.
If you need a concessionary rate for appointments, do let me know in your enquiry and i can advise around this further.
