About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with musicians and performers. I have 15 years experience working with Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke and Long-Term Physical Health Conditions. I have experience of, and a particularly interest in, trauma work. I am a qualified EMDR practitioner and integrate this with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and the Person-Centred Approach.
Practice description
I work from a therapy studio near my house with parking on the drive. It is a quiet and private space looking out onto the garden.
My first session
I often suggest an initial telephone conversation of up to 30 minutes free of charge to discuss whether I am the right person for you.
