About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my supervision profile.
I offer one to one and group supervision and reflective practice for therapists and those working in supporting professions.
I am a BACP senior accredited Integrative Intercultural Therapist and accredited supervisor of individuals and groups, with 25 years experience of delivering clinical supervision and reflective practice in a range of community and NHS services. My experience includes providing supervision and reflective practice for Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists, Domestic Violence Support Workers and Advisors, Mental Health Service User Groups, Psychotherapists and Trainee Therapists on placement.
I have also worked as a therapist and supervisor within organisations and my own private practice, and successfully managed several community and NHS therapy and social care services.
Practice description
My supervision work and facilitation of reflective practice are informed by my experience as a Social Justice Allied Integrative Intercultural Therapist with over 30 years experience.
I believe that clinical supervision and reflective practice provide an important collaborative thinking space to explore and think about the work we undertake with cleints in a safe, confidential, supportive and non judgmental setting.
My therapeutic approach is Integrative, I draw on a range of approaches and ideas to provide supervision including Hawkins and Shohet’s seven eye supervision model.
As an Integrative Intercultural Therapist with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology, I am respectful of diversity and have experience of using therapy and supervision to work through the impact and trauma caused by structural inequalities in therapeutic settings.

My therapeutic approach is Integrative. I draw on a range of skills, ideas and theories in order to provide a unique blend of therapy for you.
As an Integrative Intercultural Therapist with a BA in Sociology and Social Anthropology, I am respectful of diversity and have experience of working with the impact and trauma caused by structural inequalities.
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone discussion for up to 15 minutes for us to get to know each other. This introduction meeting provides a space for you to talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, and for you to see if you would feel comfortable having therapy with me. This initial call also provides an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.
If appropriate, I would then offer an initial consultation which would cost £60. During this initial consultation I would aim to identify and recommend the type and length of therapy which may be most beneficial for you.
